Please contact Town Hall with any questions concerning contemplated projects.  All applicable fees must be paid in full prior to consideration of an application by the Town of St Paul.   Fees are not contingent upon approval or disapproval and are non-refundable.  Late fees are applicable for obtaining permits or inspections after construction work has commenced and shall be calculated at twice (2x) the original fee.    The above referenced schedule includes, but is not limited to, the fees associated with the items below listed:
