Planning & Zoning Commission

Members are appointed/re-appointed each June as a recommendation to Council from the Chairperson.

Committee Members are currently:  Cam Davis (Chairperson), Robert London (Vice Chair), John Copley, Joy Gough, and Vicki McKinney, Andy Vestal, and Mike Tussy.

The Commission oversees activity related to:

Ord 100- Subdivision Ordinance (Town and ETJ Area, included platting procedures)

Ord 130 amended 12/10/12 - Zoning Ordinance (Town area only)

They meet at Town Hall on an as needed basis, usually at 7pm.
