Planning & Zoning Commission

Members are appointed/re-appointed each June as a recommendation to Council from the Chairperson.

Committee Members are currently:: Robert Kellow (Chairperson), Carey Brownlow, Robert London (Vice Chair), Mark McCartt, John Copley, Joy Gough, and Courtney Griffith.

The Commission oversees activity related to:

Ord 100- Subdivision Ordinance (Town and ETJ Area, included platting procedures)

Ord 130 (B) - Zoning Ordinance (Town area only)

They meet at Town Hall on an as needed basis, usually at 7pm on a Thursday night.
